Marina Shifrin decided to leave her role at Next Media Animation by releasing a sub-titled clip of her dancing to Kanye West’s song Gone.
The 25-year-old was unhappy her bosses only ‘cared about YouTube views and not content’ at the Taiwanese company famous for making animated reconstructions of real-life events, such as the Charlie Sheen meltdown.
And the company now appears to be trying to capitalise on the success of Shifrin’s video, which has gained nearly 10million views.
Just like in the disgruntled worker’s clip, her former colleagues dance along to the song Gone but instead of being angry at her accusations, they instead wish her good luck.
The company also boasts it has a rooftop swimming pool and employees can pretend to shoot their boss and he’ll play dead. At the end the video it reminds everyone the company is now hiring following Shifrin’s departure . Source: metro.co.uk
